Rebelle

By |  December 1 2020

This hideaway restaurant located in Bowery St, New York City, is the answer to top quality French food thanks to Head Chef Daniel Eddy, who came to Rebelle straight from leaving Parisian restaurant Spring, a keen advocate of the bistronomy movement.

Whilst enjoying authentic modern French food, guests can enjoy wine selected by by Patrick Cappiello, Partner and Wine Director of Rebelle. The vast wine list on offer boasts a wide selection of drinks from France and the United States of America. The tasteful selection proves that the United States is now going through a delicious, small-scale winemaking rebellion which can comfortably be compared with France.
