Bar H Dining

Bar H Dining opened its doors in Sydney during 2010 with husband and wife team: chef Hamish Ingham and sommelier Rebecca Lines. The restaurant encompasses a casual dining atmosphere with a wine bar vibe. Hamish uses high quality sustainable ingredients to produce an innovative and seasonal menu that draws upon a longstanding love for Chinese cuisine, injected with Japanese influences and native Australian produce. The result is an elegant, creative dining experience inspired by Chuka – a fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

Judges of the 2017 World’s Best Wine Lists commented on the excellent by-the-glass, carafe, bottle, and sake list, and applauded its organization and funky choices. The wine list provides a great international spread with its interesting selections, with a strong Riesling and aromatic white section to compliment the Asian cuisine, alongside good choices of Pinot Noir and Gamay.
