Michael Schuster | Mid-purple; freshly ripe black cherry to smell, glass-filling and persistent, a presence on the nose that is way beyond even top village level; medium-full, supple yet fresh, very gentle in tannin; freshly wild-strawberry sweet, gently fragrant, long, and graceful, tautly defined all the way, with a long, subtle finish. Quite lovely wine, very gratifying already. Just a touch more flesh, sweetness, and ease than the "straight" Vosne- Romanée. 2020–30+. | 92–93
