AJ | Dark, dense black-red. Dark, earthy, with cleanly defined blackcurrant scents: lively and crisp. Incisively acidic on the palate, and very much acid-balanced overall, but with some supporting tannis and crisp, clean fruit wealth.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2034. 89
MS | Light, fresh, ripe red fruit and clearly Médoc gravelly nose; medium full, vital in acidity, light in tannin; crisply red fruity in flavour, like the nose, bright and fresh, straightforward but not simple, a nice matter here and with good length. Very nice lesser claret, lesser St Julien. Accessible early and good for a decade.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2034. 89
