AJ | Deep, pure black-red, clear and translucent. A little forceful and slightly messy in fruit aroma terms: both deep and sweet; thrusting and exuberant, but with some jamminess and some leafiness. Chunky and full, and a touch more pristine on the palate than the nose suggested, making for a sound and generously built wine though without notable concentration or refinement. Lots to enjoy on the palate for all that, and I'd be very happy to drink this wine tonight.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2032. 88
BB | Garnet to pink. Clean, youthful, chalk, red cherries, rose petals, violets nose. Wonderful palate with super fine tannins, violets and cranberries and a long salty finishDrink Dates: 2030 - 2040. 94
MP | Simple on the nose with red fruit notes of cherry and plum. The palate is bright and fresh with fine acidity and balanced, silky tannins. The length suggests that there is sufficient fruit here to warrant further development and the high acidity supports this. It is too young - another few years will see the aromatic complexity increase considerably.Drink Dates: 2026 - 2032. 94
