AJ | Dark black red, flirting with full opacity Very menthol and forest-whispers in style, some oak sweetness, brooding: clearly a dense wine Yes, dense, in best brutal Dao style, with driving acidity completely dominant. RM | Very deep, opaque and just on the turn; open, surprisingly perfumed, elegant and lifted on the nose ripe cherry fruit backed by more than a suggestion of new oak; quite dense and a bit over-extracted in style with an austere, bitter sweet cherry-stone character that doesn't really relent on the finish.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2035. 87
