SF | A hint of russet tinged evolution on the rim, hardly crepuscular, but still evident. The nose is a little laboured, hints of burnt straw and incense, primary fruit nowhere to be seen; the palate, unsurprisingly , is foursquare and lacks for generosity. 86
AJ | Deep red-black, and only translucent towards the rim. Bright and open aromas, with comely fruits. Yeast and oatmeal behind. Lots of concentration here in just-ripe style. Plenty of curranty freshness, therefore; a Graves soprano. Lively, energetic, commanding.Drink Dates: 2025 - 2032.
