Big Easy, with three locations across London, serves American-style barbeque food from an open kitchen. The restaurant is raw, rugged and industrial, with the Covent Garden location being set in an old electrical power station. There is a tangible buzz in the air created by the hot food,the busy comings and goings and the fantastic atmosphere of the live music performed here every night.
Meats can be cooked for up to 18 hours over a variety of woods to infuse flavour. There is also a wide variety of fine seafood on offer, including Nova Scotia lobsters. The friendly staff are rightly soin this incredibly comfortable, laidback restaurant.
