Momofuku CCDC is located downtown in CityCenterDC.

Executive chef Tae Strain focuses on seasonal dishes that showcase Mid-Atlantic purveyors.

CCDC’s beverage program is led by beverage manager Ryan Ward and Momofuku beverage director Jake Lewis.

The wine list focuses on the new generation of new world wine producers that reflect either a creative and pioneering approach to wine making, or represent producers who have impacted winemaking on a broader scale.

Keeping in tune with the focus of the kitchen, the wine list also highlights some of the local wine producers of Virginia and Maryland.
