Northcote

Northcote is a Lancashire country house with a fine-dining restaurant, 26 guest bedrooms and private dining Louis Roederer Rooms.

The restaurant has held a Michelin star since 1996 and has four AA Rosettes.

Executive chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s classic flavours with a modern twist rely on the careful sourcing of the best produce from trusted suppliers.

The extensive list of over 635 wines and port selections is constantly being improved by the dedicated and knowledgeable wine team, led by head sommelier Tamas Czinki.

Hand-picked wines from around the globe complement Northcote’s unique signature dishes.

The team regularly refine the offering and are especially proud of the Portuguese and Burgundy selections.

Portugal is a country that Northcote has championed for many years and offers unusual opportunities for guests.
