Winner of the Jury Prize and Best Designed Wine List, Cowboy Ciao is located in Arizona and began in 1997 as a neighbourhood joint focusing on wine-friendly fare, taking inspiration from Italy, Mexico and the American Southwest. The eclectic wine list began with just 88 selections. Now, the restaurant boasts around 1800 selections and serves Modern American cuisine. The wine list represents over a dozen states, 45 different countries, 250 varieties and is organised by color and price.
