Our list currently boasts over 6 selections of high quality wines from around the globe, with highlights and particular focus on the most esteemed and quality vintages from Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne while showcasing other top wines from Italy, Australia, USA, and beyond offered with our classic French Haut-cuisine within our formal, elegant dining room. Our storage cellar supports over 8 bottles under ideal conditions with temperature (in Fahrenheit) of 57 degrees for red wines, 45 degrees for Champagne, other sparkling, and refreshing, crisp styled white wines, and 52 degrees for the richer, more aromatic white wines. The humidity is constant at 65% and the entire cellar kept under little ambient light.
