Grace, under chef and owner Curtis Duffy, offers two tasting menus of New American and modern cuisine. The dining experience features culinary delights for both carnivores and vegetarians. Dubbed Fauna and Flora respectively, the menus have ranked Grace as one of the most expensive restaurants in Chicago, competing with Alinea – another of Chicago’s fine dining restaurants, and where Duffy once worked as the chef de cuisine. The unconventional dishes test and tease the palette through the 11 courses per tasting menu. Balanced, sophisticated, while also erring on the unconventional, Grace’s gastronomic journey also features an elaborate wine list. In fact, both Fauna and Flora include wine pairings, and the restaurant offers up to 1,400 bottles from around the world. The diverse vintages are chosen to showcase Grace’s attention to flavor through each morsel and sip.
