The bond between Ciccio and Gabriella is so unified to be almost invisible.

Like boiling water or an ironed napkin, they are seamless.

Their approach to the ingredients is understated, examining each one to bring out its unique qualities.

They are able to observe things and people; be instinctive and attentive; decisive but never act in haste; with a sustainable outlook and clear perspective.

The story is that of Sicilian cuisine; characterized by myriad influences, conscious of its roots and yet free to transcend them, safeguarding tradition and upholding experimentation.
