Despite that, the cellar still offers 279 selections across an inventory of 3,300 bottles.
Complementing the contemporary Japanese menu, and the reason for their 2019 awards win, is the restaurant’s 33 by-the-glass and 35 by-the-bottle sakes.
Most are imported exclusively for the group, culminating in a unique selection in the region.
