Tara Padilla, restaurant manager has extensive knowledge of wine, beer and sake with her impressive work at Benu restaurant studying under sommelier Yoon Ha. With 7000 bottles of wine in the cellar, Tara has the knowledge to pair wine perfectly. The extensive wine list offers different types of wine from all over the world from Latin America, France, South Africa and many more, giving guests the opportunity to travel the world through wine from the comfort of their hacienda in front of the cosy 18th century fire place.
