Essi Avellan | Detailed, toasty, and sweetly fruity nose, with baking spices, red apple, and hazelnuts. Lots of age-built complexity pushing through. Overt, round, and plush palate, with a soft, fluffy mousse and round, voluptuous richness despite the lightness. Nice mature characters already but has plenty of life left. | 90
Alex Hunt | Generous nose, mature and savory, rather like a gently peated single malt. A sharp, cidery character on the palate is less appealing, though. Overall this feels a bit out of balance and rather clumsy. | 83
Tom Stevenson | Really quite pale in color, with a fresh, youthful aroma, a hint of green in the fruit, and quite long. Must be fairly recently disgorged. | 87
