Alex Hunt | Deep golden color, with an initial blast of honey giving way to mushroomy sous-bois notes on the nose. It is clearly very mature, but still effervesces slightly in the mouth, giving a little boost to the flavor up-front. The finish is a bit short and saggy now, though.
