David Williams | The blend is a third apiece Sauvignon, Semillon, and Torrontés, and initially it has a very Graves-y feel, with a ping of fleshy grapefruit, but there’s something more exotic, too: peach and guava. Very smart, with great depth of fruit, and richness without excess fat: poise, clarity, length, and a wash of cool-river mineral freshness. Would be interesting to come back to in years to come, but this is really very attractive now. | 93
