Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Intensely fruity aromas, woody and very refined spicy notes, a harmonious and round body, with tight flesh, elegant tannins, and length. Enticing. | 94

Michael Schuster | Inky black! Intense, dense, gravelly-discreet, fresh, and with a very chalky terroir impression; rich, full, firmly tannic, freshy defined, a powerful balance, but not heavy—that acidity again; generously ripe, amply juicy, mouthfilling, blackcurrant-sweet, long and subtle (surprisingly!) to taste, clearly gravelly behind the abundance of ripe fruit, absolutely no coarseness of tannin, and the tannins remain fine the length of one’s tasting, followed by a lovely fruit and gravelly persistence. Great Malartic! 2026–40+. | 92–93
