Michael Schuster | Pale yellow-gold; to smell: fresh, oaky, acacia- honeyed, and gently limestone-minerally; rich, very nicely balanced, concentrated, medium- to full-bodied Sauternes; very sweet, long, generous, graceful wine, subtly botrytis-spice complex, with a nice definition for the year, plus a lovely length of flavor, and excellent persistence of both fruit and aromas. A fresh, refined, relatively understated Rieussec—effortlessly classy. Should give a great deal of pleasure from the word go. | 93–94
