And this old-vine cuvée is certainly at least as exciting as many a premier cru. Although still a vat sample when tasted (as were the other Chablisienne wines) in November 2018, this was already well-formed on the nose, with appetizing light agrumes notes. Still a little CO2 on the palate, but despite that there is a richly silken texture, and remarkable concentration and dynamism for the level, with perfectly judged pithiness and a flourishing finish. | 89
