BUY THE WINE

Neil Beckett | A harmonious, highly successful blend of top old-vine parcels, from what Erwan Faiveley thinks may be the standout village in the vintage. A little more aromatically reserved than the equally excellent village Nuits-St-George, but beautifully composed, with a light roseate and sweet-herb scent. Gentle old-vine density and fine-grain, ripe tannins, but animating acidity and drive, too, so a refreshing, almost croquant finish. Exceptional. | 91
