Neil Beckett | A blend from Meursault, Puligny, St-Aubin, and St-Romain, 60% fermented and matured in oak, of which only 5–10% was new. More classic than 2015 or 2016, and the best Secret I can remember. An attractive nose, some sweetness from the wood, but real elegance, finesse, race, and tension on the palate, while remaining harmonious and supple, and finishing with a graceful flourish. | 89
