Neil Beckett | From a mid-slope parcel at the same altitude as Perrières. Lemon-gold. Restrained but very enticing with its floral lift and gentle oak sweetness. A lovely silky entry, superb close-knit texture, but with good definition and momentum, too. There is sheer beauty of flavor here, as well as concentration (almost numbing) and harmony; it's powerful and rich but such is the surface tension that it still seems sleek. Another remarkable village wine. | 91
