Stephen Brook | This has a lean, taut, redcurranty nose that’s zesty and stylish. On the palate, it’s not notably concentrated, but the tannins are firm. Although there is some sucrosity, this is a fairly austere style and none the worse for that. It shows good structure and vigor, and a fine balance of red fruits and tannin. Austere now, this needs time but has typicity and grip. Quite long. | 91
