Michael Edwards: Gold, with green lights. Purity and harmony. Not a blockbuster, but finesse and delicacy. | 90

Simon Field: Old-school, ripe and phenolic, quite high dosage, probably worthy of decanting. Apple and citrus fruit, hints of mandarin, peach and plum; the palate is long and assured, grip ceding to an elegant fruit character, phenolics to expressive potential. | 91

Anne Krebiechl: Golden color. A touch of flint on the nose belies the rounded generosity that is apparent on the palate. There is a wonderfully subtle balance between that reductive, flinty restraint and the mellowness of the body. Lemon shines through, and a sense of earth and evolved, subtle yeast. The finish is lasting. | 93
