Andrew Jefford | Relatively clear black-red; one of the least deep-hued wines in the commune. Light, faintly grassy scents that suggest some dilution to me. On the palate, it is slender and lean, with an unbecoming chilliness of fruit, and some green tones. Not a wine I would want to keep or seek out, though it has classicism and drinkability for the short term. 2018–21. | 84
Michael Schuster | Fairly closed, but Merlot “plummy” to smell; medium-full, fresh, particularly fine in tannin, a very nice, harmonious, restrained balance; freshly sweet, long and gentle and graceful in flavor, easy, succulent, gently fleshy, aromatically complex, a very fine—and refined—Margaux, with lovely fragrant fruit length. So fine-textured that it will be accessible fairly early but with decades of pleasure in hand. 2024–40+. | 93
