BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red. Sweet, warm, fresh aromas without a lot of fruit grain and definition. Nonetheless, overall these are very settled, attractive scents: mature already and satisfying. The palate is lively, juicy and fresh, beautifully ripened and with some classy, vivacious fruit: for enjoying as soon as you can. 2018–22. | 85

Michael Schuster | Rich red fruit to smell; elegantly balanced, medium-full wine, fresh in acidity, finely firm in tannin; gently ripe, fresh without being tart, still quite firm for the fruit that is there, but this is pleasing and harmonious at a lesser level, with none of the red-fruit edginess of so many lesser St-Emilions in the year. 2022–30+. | 88
