BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red. Clean, fresh, plummy, and enticing scents. Shapely, well-defined, and enticing. Lively, fresh, curranty, and vivid on the palate. Pure fruit and nothing much beyond, but the pure fruit in this case is beautifully vinified and there will be much pleasure here. 2018–23. | 86

Michael Schuster | Slightly raw red-fruit nose; medium-full, red-fruit brisk in acidity, quite drily tannic; edgy red-fruit flavor of very modest scope and length. Overall lean and rather tart—a very limited beverage pleasure. Drink young, with food to mitigate the acidity. Now to 2024. | 83
