Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red. Sweet, chocolaty, intricate, and enticing, with a sense of promised plumpness. Vivid and freshly fruity, and the fruits are ripe and lively, with a little tannic support: an excellent effort for the year. Tasty, fresh, soft, enticing: classic Pomerol in a year when that cannot be taken for granted. 2018–24. | 90

Michael Schuster | Gently fragrant, ripe Merlot nose; nicely balanced medium-full wine, with a fine, dry tannin texture; gently juicy, medium depth flavor of moderate complexity, and nice light persistence. Good, in a lighter style. Now to 2030+. | 89
