BUY THE WINE

Neil Beckett | Pale lemon-gold. An arresting and stylish nose, with cool, mineral reductive notes, but aromatically it is more expressive and nuanced than most in that it also has clear citrus tones. Opulent and silky but not at all heavy on the palate, with a fine seam of acidity that most in its flight lack. A gentle intensity without overt power, quietly grand rather than grandiose, the controlled flourish on the lengthy finish lent definition by a light phenolic pithiness. | 91
