Simon Field | Impressive nose; raspberry with a hint of blue fruit, myrtle maybe... spice and pepper and an attractive undertow of salinity; harmonious on the palate, the full complexity of this fascinating and somewhat reserved vintage given eloquent expression. | 90

Andrew Jefford | Deep, saturated purple-red. Some sweaty reduction but some perfumed raspberries beneath. Arresting, fresh scents. Lively, fresh, and exuberant, but not taut, tight, or concentrated. Some classy fruit here provides the pleasure, and a little less reduction on the nose would have won a higher score. | 83

Charles Metcalfe | Peppery, grassy, earthy aromas. Vigorous, young, energetic red, with good ripe tannins, fresh acidity and rich raspberry fruit. This is bright and young and has a good future ahead. Fruit is ripe and intense, structure is well founded. It’s already very enjoyable if you prefer youth but will mature further and well. | 90
