Michael Schuster | Densely, crisply ripe and markedly mineral, a touch of garrigue herbs, Mediterranean pine; elegant, concentrated, medium-full wine, with a fresh to lively acidity; ripe red fruit-perfumed and racy, very Cabernet Franc. Long, linear, with a marked mineral character (a hint of the very aromatic minerality of Cabernet Franc in the Loire?), elegant, mouth-coatingly fragrant, very long to finish. Not wine with a fruit concentration as such, but a long and mouth-coating aromatic presence and persistence. Most individual, and particularly fine. 2026–40+. | 91–93
