BUY THE WINE

Victoria Daskal | Generous aromas of warm orchard fruit, subtle toast, and cinnamon. Lively, zesty apple, crisp acidity, with a smooth, plush texture. Ripe greengage over lanolin. Very intense, concentrated mid-palate, mouth-filling till the end. | 94

Jamie Goode | This is really delicate and pure, with good acidity and a lovely lemony core. Very fresh and expressive. Light and yet quite concentrated, it has delicate citrus fruits and a nervous acidity that integrates well. | 92

Andrew Jefford | Pale silver-gold. Sweet, quietly honeyed, relatively inarticulate aromas. Touch of thyme; not unattractive. Vivid, sappy, long, lively, but very restrained in terms of fruit allusion. To such an extent, indeed, that this is almost a wine that suggests the otherness of “minerality.” I love its grace and finesse and its ability to sketch or hint at a richness that it just holds back from expressing (at this stage; it may come with time). Pure, long, fine. | 91
