Michael Edwards | A true walled vineyard next to the house, with the complexity of three types of soil. It has always had great power and punch, but the subtly smiling personality of 2016, allied to a tonic freshness and declining levels of new oak, delivers a lovely, scented wine, with notes of citrus, of course, but also lilac, paper-clipped with myriad minerals. The mouthfeel brings a truly Burgundian, peacock's tail finale. This I will buy. | 95
