Neil Beckett: A parcel of 40–45-year-old vines in this top Pommard site is among several acquisitions made by Erwan Faiveley over recent years. On the basis of this, it was well worth it. An elegance on both nose and palate that is rare in Pommard. No lack of mineral power, with good, natural concentration and excellent length, but all delivered with a very light touch—effortless, harmonious, nothing forced. 17
