A little oak reduction initially on the nose, which cleared to reveal complex and intriguing scents: clean earth, dark fruit, summer-pudding, graphite, and pepper. A gorgeous quality of tannin, flowing and supple, but plenty of support underneath. Effortlessly expansive, deep foundations but it soars, too. A bright, long, flourishing finish.
