Neil Beckett | Pierre described preserving the freshness of the fruit as the biggest challenge this vintage, but it is one to which he has risen very successfully, perhaps in part thanks to the stems (70%). Very alluring cherry clafoutis scent, the fruit on the palate still bright, fresh, and pure. Pinot Noir at its most charming. Reserved for restaurants but well worth seeking out there. | 90
