BUY THE WINE

Alex Hunt | Dusty oak, meager fruit aromas. The palate is better, with an attractive berry core. But there’s really not much here. | 83

Andrew Jefford | Deep though clear black-red. Fresh and lively cherry fruit withatarry note: more attractive aromas than most of its vintage peers. On the palate, it is relatively dilute but varietally true and has some easy-drinking charm as a base-level Pinot. Anise after-flavors. | 85

Anthony Rose | Good youthful color shading gently to garnet at the rim of the nicely evolved strawberry fruit aromas and a juicy soft suppleness of texture with a certain youthful energy and vigor about it. Nicely proportioned maturing Pinot with sweet and sour cherryish notes, and behind it all, good, textural, youthful quality promising a good couple of years or more of further complexing. | 89
