Alex Hunt | Very pale and watery-looking. I’m all for lighter wines, but this is one step away from dark rosé. Insipid dusty aroma with kids’ strawberry toothpaste in the background. A bit of tannic crunch, lively acid, some fruit persistence—the balance is fine, it’s all just light and simple. | 83

Andrew Jefford | Light and translucent red: looks true. Fresh, sweet cherry and plum scents. Lively, fresh, relatively simple wine but plenty of life and zest to its style. Low concentration and no tannin to speak of; it’s juicy acidity that brings everything into focus. Pleasant drinking. | 85

Anthony Rose | Pale in color, rather pallid dilute fruit, chunkily extracted tannins, finishing short, without the required charm for Pinot, though it is at least Pinot. | 84
