Alex Hunt | Peculiar, lifted, pine-resin/bubble-bath aromas. Strong antiseptic flavor on the palate— surely Brett? Varietal character completely masked. | 78

Andrew Jefford | Clear, limpid black-red. Bottle 1: Chronic TCA. Bottle 2: Rather tired and washed out now, though the remnants of the fruit have some pleasant Pinot character. Light and dilute on the palate; a soft, acidulous finish. | 75

Anthony Rose | Maturing in color to garnet at the rim of the glass, notes of cherry and vanilla-oak spice on the nose, wonderfully ripe, sweet, and juicily textured fruit quality; good concentration and intensity of flavor with a surprisingly youthful vigor to it; another Chilean surprise in Côte de Beaune Burgundian mold showing a quality and concentration of fruit that’s standing the test of time, remaining fresh and juicy and delightfully full-flavored. | 93
