BUY THE WINE

Alison Buchanan: Very pretty in colour, this has a very intriguing nose, with white flowers and spice and Muscat-y grape character. Stone fruits. Very perfumed on the palate. Too sweet and lacks freshness. 11

Nicolas Belfrage: Good but uneventful. A quaffing wine, probably overpriced. 12

Alex Hunt: fine lychee aroma. A little bit soapy in the mouth. Nicely balanced, dry, aromatic wine that is a tad confected. 14
