Alison Buchanan: Interesting nose. There is certainly a wee touch of cheese there, but it is not unattractive and soon gives way to a more electric intensity. The fruit base here is melon and paw paw and just lacks some refreshment. The palate is full and floppy, withatouch of cardboard. Correct but dull. 11

Nicolas Belfrage: Bready, biscuity nose of good character. Firm acid and good flavour; has length. A good example of a non-stunning grape. 15

Alex Hunt: Flat, heavy nose. No fruit to be found, and an abrupt finish. 9
