Alison Buchanan: Dolly Mixtures again here. Really confected. Okay, this was a change in variety but… Really pretty vile. Not faulty, just really sickly cardboard-rich. 3

Nicolas Belfrage: A general comment: three of the four Soaves have deepish-yellow hues, not typical of classic Soave. This wine: the only one with a correct colour, straw yellow. Subtle, vinous nose of no specific character but inviting. Very good acid-fruit balance, penetrating and reasonably long. What Soave is supposed to be. 16

Alex Hunt: Hard, struck-match aroma – a lot of sulphur here? Concentrated and almost aggressively fresh, this is powerful but unrefined, with taut underlying fruit. 14.5
