Andrew Jefford: Dark colours, with elegant, fresh scents. As with many Nuits village wines this year, this is wonderfully concentrated and stylish, packed full of spicy fruit, its exuberance fully unleashed. Some might consider the tannins here a little wild and extravagant, but they are not dry and seem merely to add to the wine’s already impressive depth and stature. Truly a village wine to remember... and to keep.
