Andrew Jefford: Very slightly paler than the Chapelle, with more profoundly fruity scents, contoured into a bowl-like roundness and smoothness. The palate is smooth, pure, finely textured, elegant and fresh, tapering to a deft point; the fruits have a spicy, almost salty edge. Aesthetically very well judged. 17
