BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: Still some yeasty notes on the aroma beneath close-grained fruit and sumptuous oak, the whole modulating towards coffee cream with some time in the glass. Soft, supple flavours of ripe melon and tangerine fruit, balanced and elegant, with the sheen of vanilla behind. This wine has more speckling and depth than many Puligny premier crus this year.
