Andrew Jefford: More close-knit aromas than the other premiers crus from this estate, though slightly less articulate at this stage: a sense of cream and unction. On the palate, however, it is full, open and plumply fruity, making delicious drinking at this stage, but without the taut sinew needed for long-term storage.
