Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Balanced, fleshy and elegant, with the same super-polished tannins as this year’s Pichon Comtesse, and excellent length. A shining example for the other vineyards in this sector close to Pauillac. Deep garnet-coloured, neat fruit, elegant, suave and fresh. Lovely balance. 16
